Hrithik Roshan, Sunny Deol, Kartik Aaryan, Vicky Kaushal & Others To Attend A Grand Celebration Event In Mumbai

Bollywood is preparing for a grand evening to celebrate 100 years of the legendary Raj Kapoor. The event will take place on December 13, 2024, at PVR Infinity Mall in Andheri West, Mumbai.

The Kapoor family, led by Randhir Kapoor, will be present in full strength. Joining him will be stars like Ranbir Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Alia Bhatt. Together, they will honour Raj Kapoor’s incredible legacy as a pioneer of Indian cinema’s golden era.

The guest list is filled with Bollywood’s biggest names. Stars like Hrithik Roshan, Sunny Deol, Vicky Kaushal, Kartik Aaryan, Rekha, Jeetendra, and Aamir Khan are expected to attend. Renowned filmmakers such as Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Karan Johar, and Rajkumar Hirani will also grace the event.

The celebration includes a special festival called Raj Kapoor 100 – Celebrating the Centenary of the Greatest Showman. It is organised by R.K. Films, the Film Heritage Foundation, and the NFDC-National Film Archive of India. 

Films Of Raj Kapoor To Be Screened At Just Rs 100

Ten iconic Raj Kapoor films will be screened in 135 cinemas across 40 cities. Tickets are priced at Rs 100 & reflect Raj Kapoor’s vision of making cinema accessible to all.

The premiere night will feature classics like Awaara, Shree 420, Sangam, Mera Naam Joker, and Bobby. These films take audiences on a nostalgic journey through Kapoor’s unmatched storytelling and emotional depth.

This event is not just a tribute but a celebration of Raj Kapoor’s lasting influence on Indian cinema. The Kapoor family’s dedication ensures his work continues to inspire movie lovers worldwide.
